The 2022 Parade of Homes is the best opportunity to get a firsthand view, touch and feel for your next NEW home. The Tallahassee Builders Associations’ Parade of Homes was started in 1950 and is the single most important marketing tool builder members can utilize to sell new homes. Held each May, this event showcases homes throughout Leon, Wakulla, Gadsden and Jefferson Counties with a highly visible advertising and marketing campaign.
Preview the floor plans of these custom designed homes and admire the modern interior design, landscaping, and the latest household technology available in the home construction industry today. We encourage you to visit the entries, ask questions, and vote for your favorite! The parade will be held Sat & Sun, May the 6th & 7th and the 13th & 14th. We invite you to visit these outstanding model homes filled with the latest in new designs and technologies for energy conservation and sustainability. Located in amazing neighborhoods and developments that showcase Florida’s West Coast living at its best, you will also find quality craftsmanship in the many new creative designs that Manatee and Sarasota have become known for.

This year’s Parade continues to showcase the traditional styling of West Coast living in more affordable offerings by our builder members. The 2022 Parade of Homes features 76 models and 4 communities/developments throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties. Our local region is a community that offers that unique Florida lifestyle to fit your personal needs and desires.
The Parade kicks off on February 19th and continues through March 13th. Through quality, efficiency, and location, experience what the First Coast homebuilding community has to offer. The 2022 Parade of Homes features over 60 new homes in more than 65 neighborhoods across the region. The Florida lifestyle we all seek is available, along with a high quality of life right here in Manatee and Sarasota. A series of events, including the judging of each entry, precede and follow this two-weekend promotion. The annual Tallahassee Parade Of Homes is upon us again. The two-weekend annual event features the finest home builds that Tallahassee has to offer. Those in search of new construction or those who are curious about the latest in home design are invited to attend what will mark the last weekend of the Parade Of Homes event on May 14th and 15th. This Saturday and Sunday, visit some of the beautiful homes constructed by the trusted members of the Tallahassee Builders Association and check out some of the homes listed below.

The competition is organized by the Florida Home Builders Association , and seeks to showcase the building and design skills of Florida's top construction companies. Participating in the Florida Virtual Parade of Homes is the premier opportunity to display your skills as a home builder, and establish yourself as an industry leader. The 2020 TBA Parade of Homes Online Auction will be benefitting Builders Care. Builders Care is the non-profit charitable arm of the Tallahassee Builders Association.
Its mission is to provide emergency repairs and construction services to the elderly, disabled, and economically disadvantaged people who are unable to obtain home repairs through traditional means. You can download our app on either the Google Playstore or the Apple App Store.
